The plan is suitable for individuals and families of all nationalities (U.S. and Non-U.S. citizens), up to 64 years of age. Lifetime medical coverage is available if you are enrolled in the plan by your 64th birthday and maintain continuous coverage. Each person requesting coverage must complete the medical questionnaire required in the application.
You can’t apply to this plan if:
- You stay less than 1 month abroad
- You are 65 years of age
- A compulsory insurance is required in your country of residence
